Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your order! But if you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

 

🕒 Return Window

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

🔁 Exchanges & Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds at this time, except where required by law.

Eligible returns will receive store credit or an exchange.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or "Made For You"
  • Customized or limited edition products
  • Flags that have been unfolded, used, or displayed
  • Gift cards

 

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or unreceived returns.


💸 Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your store credit via digital gift card.

 

🌍 Country-Specific Rights

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

UK customers may cancel their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Customers must notify us in writing and return the item at their own cost.


🇪🇺 European Union

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive. This does not apply to customized, used, or unsealed items.


🇺🇸 United States

All returns are for store credit or exchange only, unless the item is defective or otherwise required by law.


🇨🇦 Canada

Returns may be requested within 14 days for eligible items. We reserve the right to issue store credit in lieu of a refund, as permitted.

 

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
